Vertical Paper Bag Mini Album Project Share

Here is my vertical paper bag mini album!  I got this project idea from a lady on YouTube who does tutorials on all kinds of albums.  Hers are just gorgeous.  If you're interested in learning or just looking at her albums, her YT channel is called My Sisters Scrapper and I'll put in the link straight to this specific tutorial. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Aj9oMQYtVg&list=PLZWYZYWvRgNst9Kw7-fJlYoaZ7ZYC_XwM

I  still have some photo mats to make that will actually fit down into the paper bags but this is what I have completed so far after working on this off and on for about a week!  So much work!  But it's so much fun to be creative and pick embellishments to make the pages look pretty.  I am definitely going to be making more of these.  I think they will make nice Christmas presents for family this year.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!  I hope you are having a blessed week.  Lori

It's been a long time since I have made a soap cake.  I forgot how much fun they are!  It's got all that fluffy white icing drizzled in "strawberry sauce" ;0).  I also got some Hello Kitty bars made.  This was the first time of combining my cold processed soap with glycerine.  It turned out to be a process I'm sure I will do again.  I love the swirls.  There will be better pics posted soon.  I only have these that were taken with my phone right now.  I have been working on wax melts as well and have got to get them photographed and listed in my etsy shop. I've been trying to use up all the essential oils and fragrance oils I have so I can order some new fragrances for my soap as well as my wax.  So hopefully, I will have new products coming soon that I can share.  Thanks for stopping by!

Hello Crafty, Soapy, Waxy Friends!

I have been making wax melts like crazy this week.  I will be listing the new ones in the shop this afternoon.  I love making them and my house smells so delicious right now. ;0)

I thought I would share the banner I made a few weeks ago.  I am sort of new to papercrafting.  It is so much fun.  The other thing I made is a cupcake card that has a little pocket and cupcake envelope that fits inside.  Youtube has been inspiring me lately with the papercrafting and altering different things.  I don't know what I would do if  I couldn't constantly make things.  It's my outlet.  It's my thing!  I'm thankful that is what the Lord gave me.

Thank you guys who stop by my blog.  I hope you all are having a great summer break so far.

Apple Mint and Black Raspberry Vanilla

I am listing my soaps one by one today and hopefully will get it all finished up by tonight.  It is my least favorite part of this whole soap thing! lol  Oh well, I guess there is a least favorite part  of every hobby or craft.  I hope you will enjoy my pictures.  Thanks for stopping by!

Altered Box in Shabby Chic

I altered a box the other day using an old box I kept from some random Christmas gift.  I trimmed it in laces and used papers, doilies, and lots of girly things.  It was so much fun.  There are tons of projects I'd like to try.  I am a make-a-holic through and through ;0).  There is no telling what kinds of crafty things you'll find on here.  Here are the pics of my box.

Shabby Chic Tussie Mussie and Soap

More pictures of the soap that I had issues with.  It's such a shame, I love how pretty the top looks in these pictures.  I will try it again with a mica colorant next time.

The next pictures are a shabby chic tussie mussie I finished up yesterday.  I saw some other crafters on youtube making these and they just looked like so much fun, I had to make my own.  I made this one to match the things I just painted in the girls' room.  I have some ideas for Christmas ones and Valentines ones too.  Thanks for stopping by!  Happy Monday ;0).
